Move the appliance to MantisBT 2.28.4 on Debian Trixie and verify the official release archive before installation. Modernize MariaDB provisioning, preserve deployment-derived public URLs, and expose the live application configuration through the documented convenience link. Add focused v19 acceptance coverage for firstboot administrator login, project and issue workflows, database and service-restart persistence, management services, and supervised update discovery. Document the tested README contract and the boundary inherited from Core.
